Blog For Muscle Should Now Be Configured following Blogger Changes

Well as many other bloggers who use Google's Blogspot will know by now, Google is ending their support for FTP blogs. I've updated this blog to adapt accordingly (pain in the arse) but hopefully I did everything correctly. Best of luck to everyone else going through the same hassle.
