Thanks for talking about veggies. I don't think enough bodybuilding sites talk about vegetables as much as they should. I'm an avid nutritional supplements researcher and believe that supplements can and should be included in our diets, especially if we're building muscle. But, veggies are just about the best things we can eat regardless, so I include many of my supplements in a veggie drink, as you suggest. Good going.
